What happens when you call
You get me. Not an assistant, not a queue, and not somebody whose job is to qualify you before I am allowed to speak to you. I am the only agent here, so there is nobody else you could be handed to.
If I am standing in the middle of somebody else’s house when you ring, I will not pick up. I will ring you back.
Nothing you tell me on that call obliges you to anything. Plenty of the conversations I have go: not this year, then. That is a perfectly good outcome and it costs you nothing to find out.
Call or text. Either works.
Some people would rather not ring a stranger about their house, and that is a reasonable position. Text me instead — it lands in the same place and I do not mind which one you pick.
If writing it down is easier, the address is on the left. Tell me roughly where the house is and what you are trying to do, and you will get something back that is more use to you than a brochure.
One more thing about the name.
I grew up in New Jersey and I sell houses in South Carolina. The name is the shortest way I have found to say that, and it saves us both a conversation.
The Yankee half is the joke. The Carolina half is home.
